Croatia seems to be a popular spot for travels. I saw a TV documentary and the weather was very cold in the winter and lots of snow. I particularly liked to see the traditional cooking and how dishes in the coastal regions differed from those more inland communities. They seem to have a lot of influences from the countries and cultures around them and make those methods and foods and make them their own. They do a lot of smoking and drying of meats and game which I like very much. I hope you get your photo’s up soon.

I completely agree with the above comment, the internet is with a doubt growing into the most important medium of communication across the globe and its due to sites like this that ideas are spreading so quickly.
