Colds or flu is something I really hate. Just recently, I had a bad case of the colds for like 3 straight days! Yes, it was really awful. What with a runny nose and endless sneezing. Worst, my head felt like a ton of brick. It felt like I had a fever but my temperature reading was normal. Perhaps I would rather have had a fever instead of just feeling like I had one. LOL! Take Vitamin C to boost immune system and increase the number of white blood cells, this will really help you to get out of infection.
Yep, extra Vitamin C pluc Zinc, plus Ecchinacea plus multi minerals is on the menu plan, SY
Make a tea mixing:
1 tsp. bayberry bark.
1 tsp. grated ginger root.
½ tsp. cayenne powder.
1 cup of boiling water.
Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Sounds great, problem is only I live in the Czech Republic and don’t speak the language, stupid expat I am, I would have to look up the latin names of those and show it too the pharmacist here
